Shrimp Enchiladas

Small shrimp sautéed with herbs, special butter, bell pepper, white and green onions. Folded into a soft flour tortilla and covered with a combination of sauces topped with cheddar cheese and accompanied with sour cream. Served with Mexican rice and refried bean.
